  • 6+ years of visual design experience.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable UI problem-solving skills.
  • Conceptual thinker who can demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles.
  • Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, illustration and motion.
  • Ability to prototype visual design work in creating mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual information hierarchy documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Branding experience with various platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and industry-standard design tools (Sketch, Adobe CC).
  • Ability to present the information visually that is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.

Senior UX Interaction Designer

  • 6+ years’ experience in visual user experience design.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable UX problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, illustration and motion.
  • Demonstrates strong user experience sensibilities.
  • Expert in user research (finding out who the users are in the first place), creating user personas (why, and under what conditions, would they use the product), performing user testing and usability testing.
  • Can rapidly prototype ideas across a myriad of devices, experiences and scenario.
  • Able to sketch in software and hardware rather than staying with lo-fi sketching media when designing innovative interaction techniques.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.

Designer, prototyping

  • 3+ years’ experience in the fundamentals of interface design and usability.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable problem-solving and prototyping skills.
  • Comfortable working in the general web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile app development (iOS) space.
  • Experience working in 3D and game engine environment. 
  • Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, illustration and motion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can rapidly prototype ideas across a myriad of devices, experiences and scenario.
  • Documenting interaction details, visual design specifications and QA of the implemented product
  • Able to sketch in software and hardware rather than staying with lo-fi sketching media when designing innovative interaction techniques.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.

VFX Artist

  • 4+ years of experience with photorealistic lighting.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable high-end visual effect skills.
  • Experience developing particle systems and geometry based visual effects.
  • Experienced with the Unreal 4 Engine effects art pipeline.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create natural, sci-fi and fantastical effects, all for real-time use.
  • Strong knowledge of art and animation principles.
  • Strong Photoshop skills for creating effect textures for use with particle systems / animated geometry.
  • Experience with the creation and of physically-based shaders.
  • Experience implementing high end VFX that run efficiently on target.
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.

Lighting Artist

  • 4+ years of experience with photorealistic lighting.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable the skills.
  • UE4 experience
  • Mastery of lighting fundamentals how lighting effects mood and gameplay in realistic environment layout.
  • Proficiency in level art generation such as vertex baking, light maps, light probes, etc.
  • Proficiency in asset creation software for authoring and organizing game content (Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop preferred)
  • Strong technical skills for debugging complex lighting problems
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.

3D environment artist

  • 4+ years of experience making environments for games.
  • Must have a strong portfolio to demonstrable the skills.
  • UE4 experience
  • Able to translate 2D concepts and reference material into high quality 3D models.
  • Knowledge of 3D Max or Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, and other 2D/3D applications.
  • Must have an understanding of real-time shader development.
  • Develop tools, pipelines and techniques that increase productivity and quality of assets.
  • Clear communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.
