Aperture Finance aims to destroy the boundaries between blockchain networks and become the gateway to DeFi 2.0. Our product is currently in beta mode with strong support from leading venture capital firms in the blockchain/DeFi space.
We are based in Silicon Valley but the positions we are hiring can be anywhere as long as it doesn’t require us to meet with you for stand-ups at 8:00 AM in the morning (we can’t wake up before 10:00 AM).

Responsibilities
Develop a smooth user experience and make it a reality.
Own design projects and execute on UX end-to-end, including discovery, concept, prototypes, detailed designs, and ongoing refinement.
Have market and user Insights.
Utilize quantitative data to evaluate and steer design strategy
Work closely with the smart contract engineers, product managers, and visual designers to deliver a holistic experience for users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX / HCI or equivalent
5+ years experience as a UX designer working with complex products
Experience designing holistic product frameworks, establishing design systems and principles, creating product blueprints
Experienced Figma user
Experience with various user research techniques
Data analytics skills, with visualization tools or Python
Be proactive and show ownership
