We are actively seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing User Experience team. We believe that a customer-centered focus should be at the core of everything we do. You will play a vital part in leveraging our innovative technologies, redefining our customer experience, and establishing a design culture across our organization’s functional teams.

As a Senior UX Designer at Neato, you will:
Collaborate with product managers, software & hardware engineers and other designers on ambitious projects to understand business requirements, defining design goals, leading the direction of the experience, and deliver the final product. Assist the design team with producing design deliverables across the entire design process.
Iterate on our design strategy to help our team use effective processes and methodologies.
